The concept of formation of "KPSS" was borned in the minds of Agriculture Graduates those who were working in various agriculture fields. These people established the KPSS Limited, Amravati under the scheme of employment and self employment of Govt. of Maharashtra, India. The aim of these youths was to educate, direct and assist the farmers in the region about organic farming. Their other aim was to provide the recent information to the farmers about various agriculture programs of Agriculture Department of State Government.
